If you are thinking about starting a business or expand your operations to Mexico, here is how can you incorporate a Mexican entity: Choose the main activity of the entity Think about the set of activities that will be the main activity of your new entity. These will be the only ones the entity will be allowed to perform, so take your time to be as detailed as possible. Choose a name You need a name authorization issued by the Mexican Ministry of Economy. To get one go to the Ministry's website, fill the form providing up to five name options, submit your request, and wait to get an answer. Provide the authorization notice to the notary to get started.
